NOUVELLE CUISINE offers a taste of Europe with the fine offerings of Chef Jan Kinds. Chef Kinds learned his craft growing up in the family restaurant in his native Belgian town of Bruges, and since 1999 has become known in Spring Hill Florida for his fine cuisine.
Specialties include Coquille St. Jacques, Dover Sole and Filet Mignon topped with traditional Belgian sauces or our speciality entrees like Mussels Provencale, Filet Mignon with Roquefort Port Sauce, Pork with Apple Brandy Sauce, and Lobster Duglere.
Savory appetizers and home made soups adorn our menu, along with our wonderful dessert selection, including Creme Brulee, Mascarpone Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Tart, Lemon Tart, Bread Pudding, Coupe Advokaat… and for the chocoholics: Chocolate Walnut Cake with Belgian Callebaut Chocolate!
