ENJOY A TASTE OF EUROPE with the fine offerings of Chef Jan Kinds. Chef Kinds learned his craft first hand, growing up in his family’s restaurant in his native Belgian town of Bruges.
Becoming an American restaurateur had been Kind’s dream since childhood. He and business partner Isabelle Roos traveled the United States searching for just the right spot to open a fine dining restaurant, and found it in lovely Spring Hill, Florida.
Since opening in 1999 the restaurant has remained true to it’s vision. Chef Kinds specializes in delicious Belgian cooking such as Coquille St. Jacques, Dover Sole and Steak topped with traditional Belgian sauces.
